Mommy dearest,
Yes that is quite exciting my family is recieving blessings to say the least!!!! But it's not because of me Mom it's because of the prayers of you and your children. God is such a merciful God. What a most humble God to have as our Heavenly Father:)
So this last week we taught around 15 discussions to many people! We have right now 5investigator families, 1 of which we have a baptismal date with who would be alyssa.. which is scheduled for June 5th. We plan to set another this week with a man named DJ who is 22 and has a family who was recently baptized. He just is a little scared but I think we are going to get it going with him this week... hopefully. We are teaching a couple right now named the Hiblers. Ryan is the dad (who is a member but is less active) and Ashley is the mother who is the investigator. They have a 5 month old named Avery. They are a young couple and both remind me of people I know back home! I like these guys a lot. Ryan and I could talk forever about sports if Ryder would let us, haha!
We had a lesson with a man who is 52 and his name is Joe on Saturday morning. Wow what a powerful lesson. I bore my testimony and felt super good about it... and I could see the tears in his eyes ahhh it was such a spirit filled lesson. This man reminds me too much of Grandpa Johnson. He looks like him, talks like him, heck he evens smokes the same Marlbolo reds that gpa smoked. It helps me to feel at home, I guess with a huge sense of peace. :)
Anyway, I still need to finish writing Dad.
